Order Status


You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully processed. Once your payment has been accepted and your order has shipped, we will notify you of the tracking details by email.

 

Shipping - Europe


Most orders of in-stock products ship within 24 hours*. All orders within Europe are shipped with PostNL or DHL Parcel. You will receive a confirmation email with track & trace code once your order has shipped. We reserve the right to choose the type of shipping method for orders that qualify for free shipping. 
 

Shipping - USA, Canada & Mexico


Most orders of in-stock products ship within 24-36 hours*. All orders within USA, Canada and Mexico will ship via the Amazon fulfillment network. Tracking details will be shared via email once your order has shipped. 
 

Shipping - Rest of World


Blooom ships worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout please send us an email so we may add your country to the checkout system. All orders outside of Europe, USA, Canada and Mexico ship with PostNL, DHL, UPS or FedEx and may take 6-12 business days to arrive, excluding processing time at customs, depending on the destination. Please be aware that Blooom is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries. In addition, we have no control over how long your package is held up at customs which will increase total shipping time. All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products and your shipment will always be marked as 'merchandise'. All international orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Blooom cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

Payment Options


We accept iDeal, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept checks or money orders.

 

VAT & Sales Tax


All prices  mentioned on the site are inclusive of VAT and sales tax.
 

Defective or Incorrect Item


If you are returning an item that was damaged upon receipt or have received the wrong item please start a claim within 48 hours of delivery by submitting a detailed description and images of the issue here. Defective item claims cannot be accepted after 48 hours of order delivery.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information 


If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. Blooom is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer
 

Order Cancellation


A 2.7% credit card fee will be charged in the event of cancellation of items that have not been shipped. Shipped items cannot be cancelled.
