Blooom offers a 30-day return policy, meaning the returned item(s) need to be postmarked within 30 days of original purchase date in order to qualify for an exchange, a refund or store credit. All items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit and therefore urge you to ship with a tracking number and insurance. If you send your package outside of the 30 day window, we reserve the right to reject your return. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products unless the item has been verified to be defective or the incorrect item has been sent by our shipping department. Blooom does not credit shipping fees.
Discounted items or items purchased within the context of a sale (such as Black Friday & Cyber Monday, End of Season, or a discount code) are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit, refund or exchange.
Return Process
1. Start a return request by emailing us at hello@blooombrand.com. Once approved you will receive an RMA number. Returns shipped without an RMA number will not be processed.
2. Pack your return and ship to the designated return address.
3. Drop off your item at the nearest drop off location.
All returns will be reviewed upon receipt and need to be in new condition. Once received it will take approximately 3-5 business days to process your return / exchange. If the returned item is determined to have been used or is not returned in its original packaging we will not be able to process your return. In that case return shipping will need to be facilitated by the customer.
Defective or Incorrect Item
If you are returning an item that was damaged upon receipt or have received the wrong item please start a claim within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us a detailed description and images of the issue. Defective item claims cannot be accepted after 48 hours of order delivery.
